Cleanroom Production Services

In our cleanroom we produce UHP systems for the semi conductor industry, ALD-CVD reactors and research. We have manufactured wafer floatation handing, A400 gas recipe mixing panels, precise weldments for nitrogen, special gases, water (ASSY LQD LINES), etc. We can apply UHP VCR components, IGCII, large-radius bending, and other related methods and parts. For less demanding applications, we can apply twin-ferrule connections.

Since HTR has 4 computerized orbital welding machines, we have ample redundancy to secure in time delivery of our products and services. We weld up to the highest grade electropolished tubing. HTR can also engineer and weld exotic materials like e.g. Monel, Hasteloy©, (Super) Duplex and coaxial tubing systems etc. To inspect the weld internally we have borescopes (with camera). We can complement the service to our customers with all necessary automating hardware and software.

HTR has its own PLC experts who are experienced in complex gas and liquid applications.
