Specialty Gas and Fluid Systems

HTR can provide and install specialty gas and fluid systems. We carefully choose the components needed to uphold the quality and safety of the management system. We carry a wide range of (ultra) high purity gas and fluid regulating systems, valves etc. for use up to 7.0 gas quality.

When needed we apply state of the art orbital welding and internal welding control for (electropolished) stainless steel 316L, Monel, Hasteloy©, Titanium, Inconel and other exotic application driven tubing. HTR can process electropolished systems comprised of EP microfittings, VCR weldments, surface mount components, IGCII, etc.; under controlled cleanroom conditions.

We engineer and realize (stainless steel) vacuum systems for all applications. For cryogenic use we offer thermal and/or vacuum insulated systems. Heated systems maintain process conditions. For ultimate safety we can provide you with coaxial systems, complete with all sensing and relief systems.

Special material and applications aside, the standard tubing for the majority of the lab gas systems can be done using (cheaper) special copper tubing which incorporate oxygen reducing connection methods (thus preventing retro-diffusion of foreign molecules). HTR can deliver a (basic) system for 6.0 quality gas utilizing special copper tubing.
