UHP Orbitaal and TIG Welding

HTR has 4 orbital welding machines thus ensuring redundancy to meet delivery times. We can work with basic 316L up to the highest grade electropolished tubing. HTR can also engineer and weld exotic materials i.e. Monel, Hasteloy ©, Inconel, (Super) Duplex, coaxial, and copper tubing systems, etc. We can apply UHP VCR components, IGCII, large-radius bending, etc.

To inspect the weld internally we have borescopes (with camera) and if required we provide X-ray validation. Whenever computerized welding is not practical / suitable, we have TIG welders to complete the work.

We can provide welding under controlled (cleanroom) condition to ensure the quality of our products and services. We can test all systems to ensure full compliance with your specifications.
