Cryogenics and Pyrolysis Applications

In laboratories a cryogenic system is feasible (i.e. sample processing can require cryogenic milling). HTR will design a system to cater to your company’s needs, reducing any unnecessary boil-off and subsequent costs. We offer thermal and/or vacuum insulated systems as well as a complete range of cryogenic accessories to de-gas the lines and prevent pressure build-up.

Mini bulk cryogenic vessels are an alternative to stationary large tanks. They come in various sizes, complete with flexible cryo-liquid tap-nozzles (to prevent splashing and personal hazard). For less demanding applications we can offer a range of Dewar cryo-vessels. We can inform you about the infrastructure requirements to safely utilize super-cooled molecules and have all sensors to prevent suffocation hazards.

Pyrolysis and cracking applications need to be precisely temperature, time and pressure controlled to optimize functionality and reduce i.e. carbonization. The absence of (residual) oxygen can be mandatory. We can engineer and realize controlled laboratory type pyrolysis reactor and heating / heated systems.
